Colon Detox Juice with Cucumber and Pineapple
DESCRIPTION
This refreshing, tropical green juice blends cucumber and pineapple to help cleanse the colon, improve digestion, and support natural detoxification. INGREDIENTS (QUANTITY)
• 1 medium cucumber (peeled if not organic) – approx. 200g
• 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh, not canned) – approx. 165g
• 1 cup cold water or coconut water – 240 ml
• Juice of ½ lime (optional, for added cleansing effect)
• 1 small piece of fresh ginger (approx. 1–2 cm) – optional
INGREDIENTS (OPTIONAL)
• Mint leaves (5–6 leaves) – for freshness
• Chia seeds (1 tsp) – for added fiber
• Aloe vera gel (1 tbsp) – for deeper colon cleanse
• Green apple (half) – to sweeten and add more fiber
• Celery stalk (1 small stalk) – for extra diuretic effect
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Wash all ingredients thoroughly.
2. Peel the cucumber if it’s not organic. Chop it into chunks.
3. Add cucumber, pineapple, water (or coconut water), lime juice, and optional ginger into a blender.
4. Blend until smooth.
5. Strain if desired (for a smoother juice), or keep the fiber for added gut benefits.
6. Serve immediately over ice or chilled.
TIPS FOR SUCCESS
• Use fresh, ripe pineapple for maximum enzyme content (bromelain).
• Drink the juice first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for best detox results.
